Refund policy
Thank you for your PURP purchase. We are sure you will be delighted with it, however in the unlikely event you wish to return any item we offer you a 14 day return policy for a PURP credit to be used against a future purchase. We do not offer refunds.
We accept returns via mail. Returns are eligible for credit if they are made within 14 days of delivery in perfect condition. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, odorless and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and with the proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
PURP Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
When packing your return, remove any old addresses or bar codes, and only include items from the same order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend you get the appropriate insurance and proof of mailing. The original postage costs will not be credited to you, just the cost of the item for a credit.
Please inspect your garments immediately upon receipt and contact us if you feel an error has been made on the sizes or quality so that we can make inquiries and correct the issue for you.
To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict and or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
